ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

SERVICES

I Corp Consulting Inc. provides business management consulting, administrative systems consulting, operational compliance consulting, strategic planning services, process design and optimization, financial oversight consulting, human resources advisory, brand and systems stewardship, and related business consulting and advisory services.

Services are provided according to the scope agreed upon between I Corp Consulting Inc. and the client.

Specific engagements may be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, consulting agreement, or other agreement.

PRICING

Pricing is determined based on the scope of services requested, project requirements, anticipated level of support, duration of the engagement, deliverables, and other factors relevant to the services.

Consulting services may be priced on a fixed-fee, hourly, project-based, retainer, milestone-based, or other mutually agreed basis. Customized proposals may be provided upon request.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms may include payment upon invoice, deposits, milestone payments, retainers, or other arrangements agreed upon in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.

Clients are responsible for paying all amounts properly due under an applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or consulting agreement.

LATE PAYMENTS

Amounts remaining unpaid thirty days after the invoice date may be subject to reasonable late charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.

I Corp Consulting Inc. may also suspend or discontinue services for accounts with overdue balances after providing appropriate notice.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients may request cancellation of consulting services in writing.

Cancellation terms may vary according to the applicable consulting agreement, proposal, statement of work, or project requirements.

Deposits, retainers, or payments associated with work already performed or commitments already incurred may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

REFUNDS

Refund requests will be evaluated according to the applicable agreement and the nature and status of the services.

Amounts relating to consulting services already performed, completed deliverables, or work already committed may generally be non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, text, graphics, logos, proprietary materials, methodologies, and other materials provided by I Corp Consulting Inc. remain the property of I Corp Consulting Inc. or their respective owners.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Corp Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or services.
